Who we are

Cradlehound operates this website. We coordinate dog bed supply for sellers and are not a single manufacturer. You can contact us at mark@fulveraglobal.com.

Information we collect

We collect only what you enter in the quote or sample request form, and a small amount of technical data that our hosting provider records when a page is requested.

• Identifiers: company or store name, contact name, email address.
• Commercial information: sales channel, product line, quantity range, target market, requested services, and any details you write in the note field.
• Technical data: the IP address of the request and a country code derived from it. This data is used for routing and abuse prevention.

We do not ask for, and you should not send, government ID numbers, bank or card details, or health information.

Why we use it

We use the information to reply to your request, prepare a quote or sample offer, arrange shipping questions you raise, keep a record of the correspondence, and protect the form against automated abuse.

Who receives it

The request is stored in a private inquiry database on infrastructure provided by Cloudflare, which hosts this website. Only our team can access the inquiry records. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We pass your details to a supplier only after you ask us to coordinate with that supplier.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Our hosting provider may set essential cookies that keep the service running and protect it from abuse.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to complete the request and any follow-up, and then delete them. You can ask us to delete your record sooner.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, including California, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, and to ask us not to sell or share it. We do not sell or share personal information. To make a request, email mark@fulveraglobal.com with the subject line "Privacy request". We may ask you to confirm your identity from the email address you used with the request. We will respond within 45 days, or tell you if we need more time.

We do not discriminate against anyone for using these rights.

Children

This website is for business buyers. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

We update this policy when our practices change, and at least once every 12 months. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
