Layered memory foam or foam support for larger dogs. Describe the construction, not the outcome.

Memory foam beds sell on comfort and support. The construction details, the foam density, and the layer thickness are what buyers compare, so the quote needs those numbers.
Describe what the bed is made of and how it is built. Do not describe what it does for a dog's joints or health. That is a claim we do not make and buyers should not make either without evidence.
These are the fields we ask you to confirm in the quote. Values are set per model in writing.
| Structure | Foam layers, with the number and order confirmed per model |
|---|---|
| Foam density | Supplier specification, confirmed in writing |
| Layer thickness | Confirmed per size |
| Outer fabric | Quoted fabric group; test report on request |
| Cover | Removable cover where offered |
| Packing | Vacuum-compressed single pack |
These are general reference ranges taken from public supplier listings, not commitments from any supplier. The quote states the real figures for your model, color, and quantity.
| Term | Indicative range | Basis |
|---|---|---|
| Minimum order (standard models) | About 1 to 300 pieces, depending on model | Public supplier listings |
| Minimum order (custom or OEM) | About 50 to 300 pieces | Public supplier listings |
| Sample lead time | About 5 to 7 working days | One supplier's published terms |
| Bulk production lead time | About 15 to 25 working days after sample approval | One supplier's published terms |
| Sea freight transit | About 20 to 40 days, excluding customs clearance | One supplier's published terms |
Freight, sample fees, and customs costs are quoted separately. Lead times start only after the order is confirmed in writing.
We describe the construction. We do not make a medical or orthopedic claim.
Foam density and layer build affect this. Test a sample under your own conditions.
Follow the care label. Many covers are removable, and the foam itself is not usually machine washed.
