How a custom order runs
- Send the brief: product line, options, quantity, and market.
- We reply with the options available and the minimums for each.
- A sample is made and signed off in writing.
- The order is confirmed with the quote, lead time, and payment terms.
What we need from you
- Artwork in the format we specify, with the label size.
- Confirmation that the brand name and artwork do not infringe a third party's rights.
- The target market, so the labeling and any electrical marking can be checked.
